TwinkleTown is accessible for people using wheelchairs and those with special needs. Please be advised that the Christmas Market area has a cobblestone ground surface that will remain and not be covered.
The Santo Panto in our Spiegeltent includes a number of designated spots at each showing for wheelchair users. To avoid over subscription at any showing, please email info@twinkletown.ie to let us know when you are attending.
The ground floor of the Twinkle Tavern is accessible by wheelchair.
Our Ice Rink is also accessible and entry is via a ramp.
Staff will be trained for Wheelchair user accommodations on the Ferris Wheel & Ice Rink so please do not hesitate to ask for assistance.
Carers are welcome to attend free of charge. A valid carer’s card is required, and we ask carers to email info@twinkletown.ie at least 48 hours in advance to confirm a suitable time slot.
Assistance dogs are welcome at TwinkleTown however, they are not permitted on the Ice Rink as the surface is too cold for their paws. If you require assistance on the ice, carers may attend free of charge – please email info@twinkletown.ie 48 hours ahead of attending.
Sensory Friendly or Relaxed Sessions are available for both Santo Panto & The Magic present Machine and the Ice Rink. Sound and lighting levels are lowered, strobe effects and sudden loud noises are removed, the audience capacity is reduced to half, and the environment is kept inclusive
Santo Panto & The Magic present Machine Relaxed Performances are hosted at the 10:00 timeslot of each morning the show is live.

ISL interpreted Santo Panto shows will take place across
November 30th,
December 6th, 7th and 13th.
Please note the 1:05pm & 1:40pm shows will not feature ISL interpretation on these dates.
