TwinkleTown is located in Dublin City Centre at Smithfield Square.

Daily opening hours are 11am–9pm Monday to Friday and 10am–9pm Saturday & Sunday from November 28th – January 4th.

TwinkleTown, in partnership with Dublin City Council, opens from November 28th – January 4th.

You don’t need tickets to enter TwinkleTown, but you’ll need them for Santo Panto, the Ice Rink, Ferris Wheel, and Fairground Rides.

We recommend booking tickets for Santo Panto and the Ice Rink online at twinkletown.ie to avoid missing out!

Ferris Wheel and Fairground tickets can be purchased at the event.

Yes. The event is accessible for people using wheelchairs and those with special needs.

Please let us know upon booking if you have specific accessibility needs by contacting info@twinkletown.ie.

Please note: the market area has a cobblestone surface.

Yes, sensory-friendly sessions are available for both Santo Panto and Ice Rink.

  • Santo Panto: 10am each day the show runs.

  • Ice Rink sessions:

    • Sat, 29th Nov – 11:00

    • Wed, 3rd Dec – 11:00

    • Sun, 14th Dec – 11:00

    • Sat, 20th Dec – 11:00

      We recommend booking these sessions in advance.

Yes — dogs are welcome in the general market area.

However, assistance dogs are not permitted on the Ice Rink (surface too cold for paws) but are welcome in the Spiegeltent.

If you require assistance, carers may attend free of charge — please email info@twinkletown.ie 48 hours in advance.

Santo Panto and Ice Rink tickets can be booked online, while Ferris Wheel and Fairground Ride tickets are available on the day.

Your tickets will be emailed to you immediately after purchase.

Yes, tickets can be bought at the on-site Box Office, subject to availability.

Pre-booking online is recommended to guarantee entry.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers, or as outlined in our Refund Policy.

If you’re running late, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but entry to certain attractions (like Santo Panto) cannot be guaranteed once your timeslot has started.

Please arrive 20 minutes before your allocated time.

Yes, carers can attend free of charge (subject to availability).

A valid carer’s card is required, and we ask carers to email info@twinkletown.ie at least 48 hours in advance to confirm a suitable time slot.

Ice Rink

Glide, spin, and sparkle! Here’s everything you need to know about the TwinkleTown Ice Rink.

Each session lasts 45 minutes. Please arrive 15 minutes early.

Yes, ice skates are provided free of charge.

No, skate aids cost €5 each and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult on the ice.

Children under 3 are not permitted on the rink.

The rink is located inside a marquee — please dress warmly.

Every Saturday & Sunday in December from 10am–7pm, and daily on Dec 20th–23rd.

Each show lasts approximately 20 minutes.

Seats are unallocated and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Yes! We recommend booking Santo Panto first, and the Ice Rink for one hour later to allow enough time between the two.
