Accessibility

TwinkleTown is made for everyone, and we want every visitor to feel welcome, comfortable and confident when planning their visit.

Both TwinkleTown Smithfield Square and TwinkleTown St Patrick’s Park have been designed with accessibility in mind, with step-free access, accessible facilities and a range of dedicated accessible and sensory-friendly experiences.

We know that everyone’s access requirements are different, so if there’s anything we can do to help you plan your visit, please get in touch with our team.

  • Both TwinkleTown locations are accessible to wheelchair users and visitors with additional accessibility requirements. If you have a specific access requirement, please contact our team ahead of your visit and we’ll be happy to help you plan your experience.

Please note that certain parts of TwinkleTown Smithfield Square are located on a cobblestone surface.
  • Carers can attend our ticketed experiences free of charge, subject to availability. A valid carer’s card will be required. For more information, please visit our FAQs.
  • Assistance dogs are welcome throughout TwinkleTown and within our attractions, including the Spiegeltent and Santo Panto. For their comfort and safety, assistance dogs cannot enter the Ice Rink, as the cold ice surface is not suitable for their paws.
  • We offer a selection of sensory and neurodivergent-friendly events, as well as ISL-interpreted performances. For a full breakdown of our upcoming Accessible Events, please click here.
  • Accessibility varies across our rides and attractions. Some can accommodate wheelchair users, while others may require visitors to transfer from their wheelchair to the ride. Our team will be happy to talk you through individual ride requirements before your visit.
  • Accessible toilet facilities are available at each location

For any further information, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our team at info@twinkletown.ie. We’ll be happy to help make your visit as magical as possible.
